Fade Away

West Coast IPA | 6.6% ABV

Fade Away is a 6.6% West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at Prison City. Brewed with Segal Ranch Tangier hops, this beer is packed with notes of grapefruit, tangerine and citrus with underlying aromas of tropical fruit and berry. 16oz cans are SOLD OUT but we still have this on tape at the brewery so come visit to try it!

Hazy Triple India Pale Ale | 10.0% ABV

At 10% ABV, this is the first beer we’ve made to hit double digits. Mosaic, Simcoe and Comet hops blast through a base of spelt, wheat and oats for a full-bodied lupulin-loaded flavor-blast.

Pilsner Style Lager | 4.7% ABV

Classic, creamy and herbaceous. Clean malt and refined noble hop character come together in the best way.

O'Neil's Irish Stout

Irish Stout | 4.3% ABV

O'Neil's Irish Stout's aroma expresses notes of coffee, dark chocolate, toasted grain, with subtle hints of caramel, toffee, and Noble hops. Its taste follows with a slight malty sweetness and a smooth slight bitterness with a clean, dry finish. The mouthfeel is creamy and velvety and perfectly inviting for this time of year.  Cans are SOLD OUT but you can still try it on draft if you come visit us!

Party Flavors is a hazy, golden pale ale bursting with tropical aromas of mango, pineapple, blueberry, and grapefruit. Medium-bodied with a touch of cereal sweetness, it finishes bright, juicy, and refreshingly spritzy.

Hazy Pale Ale | 4.5% ABV

This little number is soaked with Citra and Comet. It’s like mineral tangelo juice with a peppery marigold note.

Hazy Double India Pale Ale | 8.2% ABV

Presents with pale haze, intense aromas and a chewy mouthfeel that bites you back. Torque blows up the tropical base of Wrench and then tightens it with a big old dose of that CRYO SIMCOE.

Week 521

Hazy India Pale Ale | 6.7% ABV

Week 521 is a Hazy IPA we brewed for our 10 year anniversary! It pours with a dense straw colored haze and plenty of fluffy white foam. Big aromas of ripe citrus, stone fruit and berry jump out of the glass.  Flavors of peach gummy rings, grapefruit and orange are accompanied by slight bitterness, slight wheaty sweetness, and a fluffy mouthfeel. 

Wild Impact: On draft @ IABC Taproom

Blended sour IPA | 9.0% ABV

Wild Impact is our collaboration with Strangebird Beer that's been years in the making.  A 50/50 blend of Strangebird wood aged sour beer with Industrial Arts Impact.   Dominated by tropical fruit aromas such as lychee and pineapple, stone fruits like peach and gooseberry, with some slight aromas of sauvignon blanc.  The taste is constructed with a prominent complex acidity with a slight sweetness from the addition of Impact to the blend.

A pithy explosion of aroma and flavor, beyond hazy, and loaded with Mosaic and Citra to the point of stickiness.
