For Event Tickets purchased online:

All sales are final except in the case of the event being canceled and not rescheduled by Industrial Arts or the event host. Canceled events will be refunded within 30 days.  If an event is rescheduled and you are unavailable on the rescheduled date please reach out and we will refund your purchase.  Questions? Concerns?
