Wild Impact is our collaboration with Strangebird Beer that's been years in the making. A 50/50 blend of Strangebird wood aged sour beer with Industrial Arts Impact. Dominated by tropical fruit aromas such as lychee and pineapple, stone fruits like peach and gooseberry, with some slight aromas of sauvignon blanc. The taste is constructed with a prominent complex acidity with a slight sweetness from the addition of Impact to the blend.
