HAZY IPA
A pithy explosion of aroma and flavor, beyond hazy, and loaded with Mosaic and Citra to the point of stickiness.

This little number is soaked with Citra and Comet. It’s like mineral tangelo juice with a peppery marigold note.

INDIA PALE ALE
Fresh, American IPA at its finest. Pungent aromas of citrus and pine and a crisp bitterness with a clean malt backbone.

Torque Wrench
HAZY DOUBLE IPA
Presents with pale haze, intense aromas and a chewy mouthfeel that bites you back. Torque blows up the tropical base of Wrench and then tightens it with a big old dose of that CRYO SIMCOE.

Impact Wrench
HAZY TRIPLE IPA
At 10% ABV, this is the first beer we’ve made to hit double digits. Mosaic, Simcoe and Comet hops blast through a base of spelt, wheat and oats for a full-bodied lupulin-loaded flavor-blast.

Summer Landscape
AMERICAN LAGER
A well-manicured, pre-prohibition American lager built with Excelsior pils malt plus a bit of corn, and balanced nicely with NYS Crystal and Comet hops. Round and bright, with a clean and crisp finish.

Spring Landscape
HELLES LAGER
Our 2024 NYS Spring Landscape Lager has arrived. This year we are excited to share with you our very first Munich-style Helles lager. Germantown Pils and Vienna malt from Hudson Valley Malt balance with Pederson Hop Farm’s WIllamette, Fuggle, and Mt. Hood hops. Notes of lightly toasted white bread and a whiff of honey make this one a delicate but flavorful sign of things to come.

Autumn Landscape
FESTBIER
We are excited to offer our Autumn Landscape once again this year. A festbier-style lager, this has aromas of toasted biscuit and light honey, with rounded malt profile and subtle but present bitterness on the finish. Made with Pilsner, Vienna, and Light Munich malts from Hudson Valley Malt, and NYS Cascade, Fuggle, and Hallertau hops.

Winter Landscape
BLACK LAGER
This season's beer is a black lager bubbling with notes of toasted nuts, cold brew, and bittersweet chocolate. Chocolate Malt and Dark Wheat highlight the well-balanced NYS-sourced malt bill for this one.

Stout of the Art - TRAX Coffee Stout
Somewhere between an oatmeal and export stout, this dark beauty saw a cold-steep on Sumatran coffee beans from our friends at TRAX Coffee. Full of flavor, rich in aroma, but exceedingly drinkable, feel free to incorporate this one into your daily grind.
