This position will include all aspects of packaging (canning and kegging), brewery sanitation, maintenance, CIP operations, and brewhouse duties. The right candidate will have the opportunity to advance their career. Local candidates preferred.  


Packaging experience and prior brewery experience preferred 

Must have a valid NYS Driver’s license 

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills 

Dedication to cleaning and sanitizing  

Can lift 55 lbs frequently and move up to 170 lbs 

Computer literacy  

Possess effective communication skills  

Must be able to multi-task and manage time

Availability to work nights and weekends



This role has two main areas of responsibility: to support the Warehouse Supervisor in ongoing inventory management, and conduct facilities maintenance projects as needed. We are looking for a reliable and efficient individual who can operate both autonomously and within a tight-knit team. The Warehouse and Facilities Assistant will report to the Operations Manager and communicate regularly across multiple departments.

Daily operations including but not limited to:

Preparing and organizing outgoing shipments

Pick and load orders and ensure proper paperwork is received and signed by customers or vendors

Securing/organizing packaged beer

Frequent organization and hand counting of on-hand inventory of raw materials and finished goods

Facilities repairs as needed including but not limited to: carpentry, plumbing, welding and steel work

Assist in capital improvement projects such as the commissioning of new equipment in the brewery, cellar, and warehouse

Regular maintenance of existing facility including but not limited to:

·       - Ensuring proper inventory levels of facilities supplies such as hardware, propane, tap handle materials etc.

·       - Regular monitoring of equipment such as: boiler, compressors, gas heaters etc.

- Upkeep of company vehicles


·       Warehousing experience

·       Plumbing, carpentry, welding, general mechanical experience

·       Ability to drive a truck over 20 ft long

·       Forklift experience

·       Ability to lift/move 50lbs 

·       Able to twist, bend, kneel, work in a loud, wet manufacturing environment

·       Ability and willingness to have a flexible schedule as required

·       Possess a strong attention to detail and aptitude for multitasking while staying organized

·       Possess excellent communication skills 

·       Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks, problem solve, and make swift decisions both autonomously and as a part of a team 

·       A valid driver’s license with a clean record

·       Previous experience in the craft beer industry is a plus
